Revised Schedule:
July 1–August 15 — Required Preliminary Review Period
Clubs must complete the preliminary review before moving forward.
NO NEW PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER AUGUST 15.
August 15–31 — Submission Period
Preliminary proposals that have been approved may be submitted with the required signatures.
September 1–14 — District Grant Team Final Review
The District Grant Team will complete its final review and recommend budget allocations.
By September 15 — Finance Committee Review
Final budget and allocation recommendations will be sent to the District Finance Committee for approval.
